Sharath comes from a commerce background and spent years handling appeals and backend operations at UnitedHealth Group's Bangalore office, where he saw firsthand how much time businesses burn on repetitive, manual processes that should never require a human.

That experience pushed him to teach himself AI, programming, and automation from scratch. Over the past two years, he has built and delivered automation systems for businesses across healthcare, dental, automotive, and digital marketing.

His biggest build so far is a full backend operations system for a Polish dental clinic chain. It covers appointment reminders, no-show recovery, WhatsApp and Facebook chatbots, website chatbots, post-service upsell sequences, unpaid invoice recovery workflows, after-hours AI voice agents, and automated patient surveys. All running 24/7 without human intervention.
