We provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) based automation solutions for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to: AI-powered voice agents for call handling, WhatsApp business automation, custom n8n workflow development, and Zapier-to-n8n migration services.
You understand that certain components of our services — including AI voice agents and automated chat systems — are powered by computer programs and not human beings. While we strive for high accuracy, AI systems can occasionally make errors ("hallucinations") or misunderstand user intent regarding services, appointment requests, or other inquiries.
We provide the tools and systems to automate your business operations, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialVik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our services are designed for routine, non-urgent business automation only. SocialVik does not provide emergency response, dispatch services, or time-critical handling. Clients are solely responsible for directing callers and users to appropriate emergency services when required.
Client is solely responsible for maintaining an accurate calendar. If the AI books a job during a time that was effectively busy because the Client failed to update their calendar, we are not responsible for the scheduling conflict.
Client is responsible for providing accurate pricing, service descriptions, and operational details for the AI's knowledge base and workflow configuration.
Client is responsible for clearly communicating their business logic, tool access credentials (API keys, login details), and desired automation behavior during the onboarding process. Incomplete or inaccurate requirements may result in project delays or additional configuration costs.
Client is responsible for ensuring their use of WhatsApp automation complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy. SocialVik builds the automation infrastructure but does not guarantee WhatsApp's approval of specific messaging templates or use cases.
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis for ongoing services (AI voice agents, WhatsApp automation, monitoring). Project-based services (n8n workflow builds, migrations) are billed per the agreed project scope.
Subscriptions include a set number of usage units (e.g., talk minutes, WhatsApp messages, workflow executions). Overage usage will be billed at the rate specified in your Service Agreement.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial Setup Fee only. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. Project-based fees are non-refundable once development has begun, though unused deliverables within the project scope will be completed.
Custom n8n workflows, automation logic, and configurations built for the Client are owned by the Client upon full payment. SocialVik retains the right to reuse general methodologies, patterns, and non-client-specific components in other projects.
For agency partners operating under a white-label arrangement, the end-client-facing systems and configurations are owned by the agency partner. SocialVik retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and infrastructure used to deliver the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email. Upon cancellation, we will provide a full export of your data, workflow configurations, and any documentation within 14 business days.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
